CONTENTS:
Each capsule of Neurojack (75 mg / 750 mcg) contains:
Pregabalin BP – 75 mg
Methylcobalamin USP – 750 mcg
INDICATIONS:

Management of neuropathic pain associated with peripheral neuropathy

Adjunctive therapy in adult patients with partial-onset seizures
-
Management of neuralgia
-
Management of fibromyalgia
DOSAGE:
Take only as prescribed by your physician.
Do not self-medicate.​​

Dispensing without a valid prescription is prohibited under the Food, Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics Act.

SPECIAL POPULATIONS:
Renal Impairment and Hemodialysis:

Pregabalin clearance is approximately proportional to creatinine clearance (Clcr).

Dose adjustment is necessary in patients with renal dysfunction.

Pregabalin is significantly removed by hemodialysis; a 4-hour session can reduce plasma levels by approximately 50%.

Dosage modification is required for patients undergoing regular dialysis.

Pediatric Use:

The pharmacokinetics of pregabalin in pediatric patients has not been adequately studied.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pregabalin, methylcobalamin, or any of the components of this product.
