Symptomatic treatment of moderate to very severe gastro-esophageal reflux disease (symptomatic GERD)

Active duodenal ulcer

Active benign gastric ulcer

Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

In combination with appropriate antibacterial therapeutic regimens for the eradication of H. pylori in patients with peptic ulcer disease
CONTRAINDICATIONS:

​Hypersensitivity to Rabeprazole or other proton pump inhibitors

Use in caution with children, as there is no experience of its use in this group

CONTENTS:
Each tablet contains 20 mg of Rabeprazole Sodium​
DOSAGE:
Adults/Elderly
-
Erosive or Ulcerative GERD: 20 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks

GERD Maintenance: maintenance dose of Korab 20 mg once daily, depending on the patient response

Active Duodenal Ulcer and Active Benign Gastric Ulcer: 20 mg taken once daily in the morning

Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: recommended starting dose of 60 mg once daily, to be titrated upwards to 120 mg / day based on individual patient needs

Eradication of H. pylori infection: combination of 20 mg twice daily in the morning before breakfast + clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily and amoxicillin 1g twice daily
