It reflects who we are as an organization—driven, focused, and continuously advancing. As the horse is also part of our identity, it symbolizes our collective drive to push ahead and succeed. But beyond the visual, Power in Motion is about how we perform every day.

Sustained growth begins with consistency. We must continue strengthening our established brands while ensuring that our newer launches contribute meaningfully to our overall performance. Every territory offers unique opportunities—understanding local dynamics is key to unlocking the full potential of our product portfolio.

Resilience

Challenges are inevitable, but resilience defines how we respond. Whether it’s driving stronger MDC transfers, adapting to rising fuel costs that affect mobility, or adjusting to a new role, we are expected to rise above obstacles and keep moving forward.

Success requires persistence. It’s about holding on to our goals and pushing through with determination.
