INDICATIONS:
VENDIFLOX is indicated for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible aerobic gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, and others.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Hypersensitivity to gatifloxacin, other quinolones, or any component of the product.​

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:

Hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis, angioedema, urticaria, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome) may occur—even after a single dose. Discontinue immediately if symptoms develop.

Prolonged use may result in overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms, including fungi.

Perform slit-lamp examination as needed to monitor ocular response.

Avoid introducing the drug into the anterior chamber to prevent corneal endothelial cell injury.
