INDICATIONS:
Treatment of allergic and inflammatory conditions of the eye.

FORMULATION:
Each mL contains:

STORAGE AND CONDITION:
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.​

CONTRAINDICATIONS:​

Acute untreated purulent ocular infections

Herpes simplex (dendritic keratitis)

Viral infections: Vaccinia, varicella, others involving cornea/conjunctiva

Fungal infections of the eye

Ocular mycobacterial infections, including tuberculosis

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:

May mask or worsen ocular infections.

No antimicrobial agent in formulation—co-treatment may be needed if infection is present.

Risk of fungal corneal infection with long-term use.
-
Can cause corneal/scleral thinning → risk of perforation.

Use with caution in patients with history of herpes simplex keratitis.

Intraocular pressure (IOP) may rise with prolonged use → risk of glaucoma and optic nerve damage.

Posterior subcapsular cataract may develop with prolonged or heavy corticosteroid use.

May delay healing and increase bleb formation post-cataract surgery.

Systemic side effects may occur with prolonged or extensive use (e.g., adrenal suppression).

Punctal occlusion may help reduce systemic absorption.

Use in infants and children must be carefully considered due to risk of adrenal suppression.

Avoid contamination: Do not touch dropper tip to any surface or the eye.

Contains benzalkonium chloride – remove soft contact lenses prior to administration; wait 15 minutes before reinsertion.

CYP3A inhibitors (e.g., cobicistat) may increase systemic steroid side effects. Avoid unless benefits outweigh risks.
