Full Steam Ahead! Celebrating 2024 Awardees and Embracing 2025 with our One Degree Theme

As we move forward into 2025, One Degree remains a reminder of how close we are to remarkable progress. This theme provides a powerful metaphor for the next stage of growth at Jackpharma. Just as water at 99 degrees Celsius is on the edge of transformation, we find ourselves at a critical threshold - that final degree, the push from good to exceptional, from effort to execution, from planning to delivery — we are creating momentum, building up steam and harnessing that power to propel us toward our dreams & goals. One degree symbolizes not just temperature, but intensity, commitment, and belief that no matter how small any action seems, it has the potential to create exponential impact.

In the past year, we have all embraced our One Degree theme and the results spoke for themselves: activities that brought us closer to patients, collaborations that deepened relationships and milestones reached. As we celebrated last March 14, 2025, it was amazing to see not only what we achieved, but how we achieved it. This year’s awardees pushed their limits and showed how a change in mindset and the choice to go even just a bit further is enough to move them forward.

As we honor them, we recommit ourselves to carrying this One Degree mindset throughout the entire 2025. Let us not forget that small, deliberate acts of persistence can help us travel the distance together.
